Brown: Petition to resign!
A petition on 10 Downing Street's own website calling for Gordon Brown to resign as Prime Minister is approaching the 15,000-signature mark today.
Posted online only last Wednesday, the call for the PM to go is already among the site's top 20 most popular petitions.
Standing alongside calls for Mr Brown to oppose restrictions on vitamin supplements, prevent increases in university tuition fees and block the part-privatisation of the Post Office, it states simply 'We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to resign.'
Almost 15,000 sign petition on Downing Street website demanding Prime Minister's resignation | Mail Online

Its a pity that the politicians don't actually take any notice of their own petition site!
To me politicians stop listening to the public the moment they are elected.
It might be worth signing it just to see how many signatures it can get. I bet it will be more than voted in the General Election!

I dont trust any of them. They created a law allowing them to advertise themselves and not be accountable for what they say!!! So they can make any promises they like to get your vote then not actually do what they promised and there is nothing we can do.
If anyone else advertised their services or product and it did not do what was advertised we could sue them! But not politicians!!!!
Non of them are trustworthy. They are all out to get what they can. If they really were interested in the areas they represent then they would actually live there not just rent a flat in the area. That to me shows they have no commitment to the area.
Sorry to go on but politicians really annoy me....
