New prom
Well it looks like yet another piece is almost finnished. I gotta say it really is coming together down there. I do hope they dont plan on leaving all that open space though .. it looks pretty bare. .
Where as south beach is looking great . I cycle down there and its really enjoyable..

I agree, I had a walk down the new bit the other days and it looks fantastic, it was also great to see lots of people paddling in the sea on the new spanish steps. All credit to the hard-working team who have made it a reality can't wait until its finished. But like Cherokee said they should do something with all that empty space on the headlands. Then again that is supposed to be the People's Playground that the Lottery idiots refused to fund. I think the Government should give us the funding. They or our useless MPs have done nothing to help Blackpool.

There was always a Sunday Jubilee day in August ,before the improvments,,,It is now back on Saturday and Sunday too...should be good if the weather holds out

It isnt noisy just yet Angie, its a pretty quiet area to live but that will change come the weekend 
I'm not a killjoy by any means but there will be no respect for the people that live here and have to put up with noise and rubbish that will be strewn around,not to mention not being able to park your car...

I just got a real bargain from the arts and craft fair hall, there was a stall selling odds and sods ,and i got a brand new boxed perfume set (ANGEL)for a fiver, i just looked on the internet and it costs £38...I knew it was quite expensive,,It smells lovely

Had a drive up with my lad today and all we could see was a fun fair and further down the road two kiddie rides. It was only 12 30 so we may have been too early but we didnt stop to look around.

Omg the noise was horrendus yesterday, not because of the funfair or the kids but from that awful band on stage that thought they could sing and play guitar!!!...it went on all day up to about 9.30pm when the heavens opened...my walls we're literally pounding from the bassline! Talk about stress levels! It's nice and calm today though, can hear it but theres lovely music coming from there, a lady singing...quite calming actually,its only 2 steps from my door but i have no intention of going over, but glad you got a bargain GC

i was playing Mario slots on the computer last night, and broke off to watch the fireworks through the bedroom window,,,they were lovely but next doors dogs wernt too happy...lol
